The staff and facilities were excellent. The apartments were spotless and cleaned daily with fresh supplies. The hilly location offers a brilliant balcony with a sea view. The hotel provides family-friendly facilities and programs. Nearby, there is a supermarket and Italian restaurant.

Location was favourable, 10 minutes' drive from Playa del Aguila Charming Beach🙂👍

Staying here was a pleasure, we would return here, nothing too much trouble. Staff of our accommodation was very polite and amicable.

Convenient location, near shopping center, airport, and popular resorts. Clean, spacious apartments with A/C. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy access to sun beds in the mornings. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice swimming pools.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were quite good, especially the nice pool area. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service, which kept our room clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the shopping center, airport, and other resorts using the public bus. The staff were all helpful and friendly, making our experience enjoyable. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The staff was great, both at the hotel and the TUI representatives. the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, including the grounds and our apartment. the balcony was spacious, and we enjoyed the beautiful sea view. the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. the beds were comfortable, and we slept well. the hotel also had family-friendly facilities and programs. There was a supermarket and an Italian restaurant nearby. we had a pleasant experience at Grupotel. Cons: Nothing to mention. 😊.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The apartments were spotless and cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided. The staff were excellent and the TUI team made sure we had a great time. Although the hotel is located on a steep hill, the facilities and activities more than made up for it. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

There were a couple of aspects that we didn't enjoy as much. the check-in process was quite time-consuming due to the limited number of staff at reception.

The pool water was slightly salty, which may not be appealing to some guests.

Good entertainment and exercise classes. Pools were clean and the apartment had a spacious balcony. Staff at the hotel and TUI were great, even though reception was often understaffed. Cons: Who needs a clean room or comfortable beds anyway? And what's the point of having enough parasols in the pool area? Sarcasm aside, the hotel was wonderful overall.

De locatie van het hotel was ideaal voor de 4-daagse wandeltocht, omdat het dicht bij Veenendaal lag en zich direct naast het treinstation bevond. Dit maakte het erg handig om toegang te krijgen tot de start van de wandeling en om terug te keren naar het hotel na een vermoeiende dag. Natuurlijk was het restaurant en de receptie van het hotel erg gezellig en uitnodigend.

Helaas was het eten in het restaurant wat aan de prijzige kant voor wat je ervoor kreeg.
